The Illini were gifted four turnovers. Nebraska looked flat for the first three quarters. Memorial Stadium actually felt like a Big Ten football environment (due in large part to the thousands of Nebraska fans in attendance). We had an opportunity to extend our lead at the end of the first half and just…chose not to.

And yet.
