Meet the crew behind CU Bands and Fans

C-U Bands and Fans is a Facebook group (page?) that promotes local music in town, but not like young people music. Think more like boomers playing classic rock covers in the Bunny’s parking lot or at the City Center while the adoring crowd crushes cans of Bud Heavy.

I sincerely don’t say that to rip on them – they have a vital place in the C-U arts community and I love Bud Heavy as much as the next guy. It’s just a bizarre space that I (and many young people) aren’t familiar with. But at least we can try to understand it by reading this interview.
