See you at Rodney Davis’ Open Government Non-Town-Hall-Meeting tonight
It’s at Parkland. Doors open at 5. The room only holds ~350.
Just as some background, Rod invited State Rep. Brad Halbrook (R-Shelbyville) instead of State Rep. Carol Ammons or State Sen. Scott Bennett – you know, the ones who actually represent Champaign-Urbana.
Anyway Halbrook wants to secede from Chicago, probably the most hilariously bad political position of any downstate politician.

They’re coming back
My commute took three times as long this morning. Which was still only 15 minutes in total. But still.
Me too. We haven’t sold out a game since 2016 (kinda) when Mitch Trubisky came to town.
