It’s custard, damn it! And even then, I’ve heard rumblings that Jarlings doesn’t even *technically* serve custard. “Ice milk” has been thrown around, if my memory serves.

No doubt Rod’s team knows that. And thus, he’s holding a town hall (just kidding, it’s not a real town hall) in Decatur next week.

Downtown Champaign’s CompleteCare Pharmacy closing at end of month
Downtown Champaign loses one of its few non-bar and non-restaurant businesses. If the City wants to truly create a vibrant micro-urban core, these types of businesses are absolutely vital.
But hey, two or three new restaurants opened in Downtown last week. So there’s that, I guess.
