Senate Votes For Legal Cannabis — House Vote Remains
Recreational home-grow gets the axe and criminal expungements become a bit more complicated in this version of the bill – but three Republicans broke ranks to vote in support of legalization.
Now, the house must vote, and if they pass, Governor Jeebs will sign it, and cannabis will be legal by January 1st.
That escalated quickly.
