Massive drainage improvement project on tap for Garden Hills

Good to hear one of Champaign’s most neglected neighborhoods getting much-needed improvements.

Now – how about the sidewalks and streetlights? Much of Garden Hills lacks basic infrastructure. I hope to see more of this from the City of Champaign.
